Delete account

Deleting your Klantlyaccount

In the app: Settings → Delete account. If you don’t have the app to hand, please email support@Klantly.com from the email address associated with your account.

After submitting your request, your account will remain recoverable for 14 days; if you log in again during this period, the deletion will be cancelled. After that, we will permanently delete your user account, your personal data and your links.

What will remain: invoices and records that we are legally required to retain (for seven years in the Netherlands), and data associated with the business account for as long as colleagues continue to use it.
