Built by people who encountered the problem themselves
Klantly helps contractors, fitters and self-employed professionals to run their businesses more efficiently. From the first enquiry on your website to the paid invoice — all in one system.

Our story
Why we built Klantly
We built websites for specialist firms and saw the same thing time and time again. The site attracted visitors, but anyone wanting a quote had to ring or email — and many people didn’t bother. And behind the scenes, things weren’t much better: quotes in Word, invoices in Excel, appointments in the app, customer details in someone’s head. Each tool did its job. But none of them communicated with one another, so everything had to be retyped twice. There had to be a smarter way. Not by adding yet another tool, but by creating a single platform where the entire process flows seamlessly: enquiry, quotation, appointment, work order, invoice. That’s what we set out to do. What grew from that is called Klantly.
Our route
From a single form to a comprehensive platform
2019

It all started with a form
On the websites we built, we included a contact form with a range of options. A few lines of code calculated the price and forwarded the enquiry to the business owner. Small and simple, but the effect was immediately apparent: visitors who would otherwise have quietly clicked away were now actually requesting a quote.
2021

Direct Quote Form
That form gave rise to a product of our own: Direct Quote Form. Companies could use it to set up a proper configurator on their website, importing prices via Excel, and manage the quotes generated by it there as well. That was as far as it went. And that’s exactly where the users’ questions began: “What about the invoice?” “Where do I record my customers?” “Can I add appointments to it as well?”
Mid-2023

Back to the drawing board
We could have kept adding features until the whole thing was bursting at the seams. Instead, we went back to the question itself. We shadowed contractors, installers and self-employed professionals, observing what their day actually looks like and where things really get stuck — not in the software, but in the work itself. That research led to the concept for Klantly: a single system in which the configurator isn’t a standalone tool, but the starting point for everything that follows.
2024

The first version
The first working version of Klantly was up and running. It wasn’t public yet; we made it available as a beta to users of Direct Quote Form – the people who could put it through its paces in a real-world setting every day. Their feedback shaped the platform more than any plan on paper ever could.
2025

Klantly is live
After a year of development, testing and fine-tuning, Klantly opened to the public. Customers, quotations, invoices, work orders, appointments, communications and the configurator — all in one place, with no need to retype anything.
2026

Carry on building
Klantly It’s never finished, and that’s exactly the point. We continue to develop the platform based on what our users tell us and on what becomes technically possible, without making it any more complicated. Every new feature must meet one condition: it must make your work easier, not clutter up your screen.
Today
And we’re nowhere near finished yet

Mission
Our mission
Helping service businesses grow without the administrative burden increasing. Software that is simple enough to start using straight away, yet powerful enough to keep you going for years to come.

Vision
Our vision
Software is meant to take work off your hands, not add to it. Anyone who’s still sitting there calculating quotes in the evening is missing out on time for the things that really matter: your profession, your clients and your family. Automate the calculations and the research, and you’ll have that time back.

Why Klantly
What sets us apart
All-in-one platform (no more separate tools) • A CRM doesn’t know what your product costs. Klantly does — your pricing rules are built into the system, so a website enquiry comes through with a calculated price. • A quotation tool stops at the quotation stage. Klantly continues through to invoicing, work orders, scheduling and reporting. • Built for tradespeople, not for the IT department. You don’t need to do any programming to get started. • The configurator runs on your own site. As a page or as a widget, without having to redesign your website. • Whatever you enter once stays there. No double entry between systems that aren’t connected.
