Klantly enables organisations to link their Google Calendar to the Klantlyplatform. When you enable this integration, Klantly can access data from your Google Calendar, subject to the permissions you grant.

Klantly uses this access to check availability, prevent double bookings and synchronise appointments between Klantly and Google Calendar. This may include reading calendars, viewing free and busy time slots, and creating, amending or cancelling calendar appointments scheduled via Klantly.

The data that may be processed via Google Calendar includes, for example, calendar name, availability information, appointment date and time, appointment title, location, description, participants and contact details required for the appointment.

Klantly Google uses calendar data exclusively for calendar and appointment functionalities within the platform. This data is not used for advertising purposes, is not sold to third parties and is not shared with third parties, except to the extent necessary to provide the Klantlyservice, to comply with legal obligations, or where you have given your consent.

You can disable the Google Calendar connection at any time via the settings at Klantly or via your Googleaccount. Once the connection has been severed, Klantly will no longer have access to your Google Calendar data.
