Any changes made to a pricing rule are saved. You can see what was changed and when, and revert to a previous version.
For each pricing rule, also set your purchase price and check internally how much you’re making on a particular configuration. The customer won’t see any of this.
The amount the customer saw whilst configuring the product is the amount shown on their enquiry and on your quotation. Nobody alters it in any way.
Compile a quotation from individual lines and send it as a web page with a PDF attachment. Numbering, VAT and the entry on the customer card are handled automatically.
A visitor who submits their configuration is added as a contact, complete with a full quotation: all selections, sizes and the calculated price.
The customer opens the quotation on their phone and accepts it there and then. No printing, scanning or “please sign and return”.
Draft, sent, viewed, accepted or expired — and you can see when the customer first opened the quote.
Quotations, invoices and work orders featuring your own logo, colours and company details, right down to the header, footer and totals.
Additional A4 pages at the front and back of your quotation: a cover page with a large photo, a page about your company, your working methods or your warranty terms.
Select the VAT rate for each line. A single document may contain multiple rates and breaks down the totals clearly.

You can correct an invoice that has already been sent by issuing a credit note: a counter-entry with its own reference number that refers to the original.

A cap on how much the agent is allowed to use per day and per month, and an overview of how much of that has been used.
A calendar linked to your customer database. Plan an appointment for a contact, and the customer will automatically receive a confirmation and a reminder.
Standard types of appointments, each with its own name, duration and colour: site survey, consultation, installation, handover, maintenance.
Visitors can book an appointment themselves during your available slots. They choose the type, day and time, and the appointment is added straight away to your calendar.
Your Google calendar and your Klantlycalendar are synchronised, so that your availability is consistent on both platforms.
For each customer, specify the frequency at which the work is due. As the date approaches, Klantly creates the work order — or the invoice straight away.
The job form on the engineer’s mobile: hours, materials, checklist, photos and the customer’s signature.
Checkpoints for the mechanic to tick off, mandatory if necessary. Save recurring checklists as templates.
The customer draws on the screen and the engineer documents the situation with photographs, labelled as ‘before’ or ‘after’.

The event that triggers an automation: a new lead, a quote sent, a quote that has been open for too long, a paid invoice.

Klantly tells Facebook and Instagram which enquiries and orders have come from your adverts, along with the amount.
The same metrics for ‘Google’ Ads: which enquiries, orders and jobs won come from your adverts.
The same metrics for ‘TikTok’: enquiries and paid orders linked to the correct advert.
If you mark a job as completed, the order amount is returned to Facebook and Google. They use this to track turnover rather than the number of enquiries.
It’s up to you how you handle consent: carry on as normal, or display a clear banner first asking for permission.
Determine what each employee is permitted to view and do, broken down by department and by action.
