Missing combinations#

This check identifies combinations for which no prize tier has yet been created, ensuring that every possible choice made by the customer results in a prize.

Detecting missing combinations#

1. Open the price rule editor for a product
2. Click on 3. Check for missing
3. View the list of combinations that do not yet have a row
4. Tick the combinations you want to add, or select ‘Select all’
5. Click on Add

The added rows will appear in the table without a price — please enter these yourself.

If there are a very large number of possible combinations#

If there are too many possible combinations to analyse, the screen will display a message stating that the check has been skipped rather than listing them all.

Use the Combination Wizard to build a complete matrix in one go. Use this check afterwards, for example after you’ve added a new option value, to see which combinations you’re still missing.
