Create a form#

A form is the configurator that customers use to put together a product and request a quote. You can start a new form from scratch, or use a ready-made demo as a basis.

Create a new, blank form#

1. Go to Forms
2. Click on Add
3. Select the ‘Blank’ card
4. Enter a title
5. Select the language and layout
6. If necessary, set the currency, VAT and default discount via Settings
7. Click Save

Get started with a demo form#

1. Go to Forms
2. Click Add
3. Choose one of the demo templates from the card view (filterable by category and 2D/3D)
4. Select a language

The form is created in full straight away: products, options, pricing rules, steps and thumbnails are all ready to go. You don’t need to fill in anything else.

When does the form go live?#

There is no separate publish button. As soon as you click ‘Save’, the changes will appear immediately on the form’s public link.

Finding the public link#

Use the eye icon or ‘Copy link’ on the form card in the list, or the ‘View form’ button in the Design sidebar within the builder.

Frequently asked questions#

Can I undo a change after I’ve saved it?
No, there is no draft or undo function. Changes go live immediately as soon as you save.
