Import prices#

This function imports prices from an export file from the old pricing system. This is a JSON file, not an Excel file, and is only available to platform administrators.

Import prices#

1. Open the form in the builder (as a platform administrator)
2. Click on ‘Import prices’ in the toolbar
3. Select the JSON export file
4. Check the automatic mapping between products in the file and products in the form, and adjust it where necessary
5. Toggle on or off for each product to include it
6. Confirm the import

Existing prices for the linked products will be replaced. Once complete, you will see for each product how many prices have been imported and how many have been skipped.

Frequently asked questions#

Can I import prices from an Excel file?
No, this feature only works with a JSON export file from the old system. To build a price matrix manually, use the Combination Wizard.

Why can’t I see this button?
This feature is only visible to platform administrators.
